Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This Policy explains what personal information BIDRICK collects at bidrick.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors and customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Economic Area (EEA).

1. Who is responsible for your information

BIDRICK, operating from the State of Wyoming, United States, is the controller of the personal information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

2. Information you give us

When you fill in our reservation form, we collect:

If you continue with the concierge service, you may also send us your logo, licence and insurance details, and a rough pricing sheet so we can build proposals in your branding.

3. Information we collect automatically

When analytics are enabled, we collect basic usage and device information to understand traffic and improve the site:

4. How we use your information

5. Legal bases (UK & EU GDPR)

Where UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for analytics/marketing and for being contacted); performance of a contract (to deliver the concierge service you requested); and our legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve the Service and measure our advertising). You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run BIDRICK, and only as needed:

Each provider processes data under its own terms and our instructions.

7. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the UK, EEA, or Canada, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights below).

9. Your rights

United Kingdom & European Economic Area (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local Data Protection Authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of it — we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You won't be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Canada (PIPEDA)

You have the right to access and correct your personal information and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity, and we'll respond within the time the applicable law requires.

10. Cookies and tracking

Where analytics are enabled, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. Our first-touch attribution is stored in localStorage, not in a cookie. You can clear localStorage and cookies at any time in your browser, and manage cookies through your browser settings.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children

BIDRICK is a service for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
